Had a couple of minor issues on a previous visit. The Manager Beth addressed every concern I had regardless how minor they were. I stayed 3 weeks and plan to go back on my return visit. rooms are cleaned often. Again,, Staff is excellent. If you're staying for longer than a couple nights there's a washer and dryer on site.

Missy was an big help checking in our reservations. I had booked 4 rooms and other family members had rooms to. I had requested rooms close together and this was accomplished. She was quick and efficient in checking us in. And the next day she was there stocking and restocking the breakfast area along with the front desk duties. She is an awesome employee.

it was easy to reach the hotel and park right in front of the room. The beds were soft and comfortable, the sheets and towels soft and super clean, which was the most important for me. The place in general was very clean despite it being old. There was tea and coffee in the room too. Also, the room was nice and dark.

Check-in staff was exceptional. There was a long line. She was friendly and well-informed. Great to work with. Pool was very nice....great way to cool off. Rooms were clean and well kept.

Good location but Battleboro not listed on highway. You have to know exit number.

Very good service, and breakfast is included in the price, pets are allowed (for an additional fee of $ 16), free parking. Comfortable beds.
